Pangaea also provides a directory service so that you can specifically look up and establish a relationship with a Freight Forwarder that is familiar with both using Pangaea and extracting the most possible value for you from it.

Introducing Pangaea Certified. A unique certification program for Freight Forwarders which awards a GOLD, SILVER or BRONZE certification status based on the higher commitment and expert knowledge gained by each Freight Forwarder through exclusive training programs conducted by Pangaea.

The Pangaea Certified program was created to match Importers and Exporters with Freight Forwarders with ascending levels of expertise in utilizing Pangaea to deliver benefits and savings to your business.

An explanation of each of the certified level is as follows :

Requirements of Freight Forwarders to achieve Pangaea Gold Certification

• Pangaea Gold Certification requires that a Executive Level Manager, a Sales Person and at least one Customer Service person from a Freight Forwarder to have attended and satisfactorily completed four (4) specific training academies at nominated Pangaea events.
  
  
• Pangaea Silver Certification requires that a Sales Person and at least one Customer Service person from a Freight Forwarder to have attended and satisfactorily completed four (4) specific training academies at nominated Pangaea events.
  
  
• Pangaea Bronze Certification requires that at least one person from a Freight Forwarder to have attended and satisfactorily completed four (4) specific training academies at nominated Pangaea events.
