Pangaea Line Item Tracking

It’s a common situation. A customer wants to know when their goods are going to arrive. The difficulty is that they are wanting know the details on just one item which is a part of a much larger order.

With Pangaea, giving them an accurate and reliable delivery date is very easy.

It doesn’t matter if half the order is going by sea and the rest of the order is going by air. Pangaea offers the ability to look inside of any order, drill down to the items that you are interested in and if the shipment has left, tell you when it is due to arrive.

From the “Orders” menu in Pangaea, line items can be accessed by selecting the “View Line Item” selection.

Plus, the information that you view is completely customizable. From 43 different values of the order, you can choose to see the information that is most important to you including:

  • Order Number
  • Description
  • Qty Ordered
  • Origin Point
  • Destination Point
  • Last Updated by
  • ETD
  • ETA
  • Delivery Date
  • Exporter
