There is not even a need to log into the system. You can receive regular emails detailing current system status, as you can arrange for these email to automatically go to your clients.

You also have a choice of how much information sent to your clients. There are four levels of integration. Forwarders just select the level of integration they want, based on the amount of information they delivered to their customers. It’s that simple.
